ONLINE Interview Assessments:

Several airlines ask applicants to take an online test of up to 100 questions.  In our opinion, some of these tests are poorly written and force you to choose absolute black-and-white responses when you might prefer a more nuanced answer. For example, if the question says, "Are you always happy?" An honest answer would be no, since nobody is always happy. However, experience tells us that the system will consider this answer wrong. So, our recommendation is take the test knowing that when you are asked to say "always" or "never," they mean "generally" (i.e. Are you generally happy?).
