• Notebook Cover Page (capitalize and spell out street, avenue, etc.)

• Inside pocket (sample cover letter)

1. •Table of contents (master for the entire notebook--edit as needed)
   

2. •Section table of contents for each sub-section
   

3. •Tabs (typed, notice which way they face and how they are page protector tabs so they stick beyond the page so they are visible.)
   

4. •Work sample label (typed, can be small as in the picture or as a title page for each work sample provided to clarify what the sample represents)
   

5. •Sample Power Point (print as a handout with 4 or 6 slides per page)
   

6. •Certificates (certificate face out so you do not need to keep flipping the notebook to view each certificate)
