Writing Resources
Helpful Resources for College Writing:
All ATC students are required to complete essays that should be revised as needed and included in the work sample section of their career portfolios.
Writing Assignments: All work must demonstrate an understanding of the subject under consideration and an ability to write in a clearly organized, well-supported, and coherent manner. Essays must be double-spaced and free of major sentence level errors in grammar, usage, and punctuation Please include a heading at the top of your first page on the left hand side (MLA, Modern Language Association, format):
Susan Smith
Professor Reiland
ATC 270 Airline Operations
10 January 2017
All work must have the spelling and grammar check issues corrected before submission. If you see a red line (spelling) or a green line (grammar), you must address it before you submit your work. All work that is not spell and grammar checked will be returned without a grade.

Note: Please do not "right justify" your margins as it distorts the spacing in your sentences. In other words, your left margin should be straight, but not your right margin.
